With this time of uncertainty, we wanted to provide an update to all of our customers and partners.

Sozo Gifts is open for business and will remain open as we continue to proactively monitor the situation and government regulations and recommendations.

Our number one priority is the safety, health, and security of our employees and their families. Keeping them safe and healthy will allow us to continue to serve our customers and their clients with gifts that matter in a safe and honorable fashion.

These are the steps we are taking to ensure the sterility of our facilities for both our health and safety and yours.

  • All non-essential personnel are working from home

  • UPDATED: Only one Sozo Gift staff member is allowed in the building per day

  • Our office is closed to visitors and partner meetings

  • The gift assembly area is being sterilized daily

  • The Sozo Gift Team is wearing disposable protective gloves

  • After assembly, all gifts are placed in storage for 24 hours before being picked up by FedEx. This is because COVID-19 lives on cardboard for about 24 hours. Transit time via FedEx can then vary between an additional 24 to 120 hours depending on the shipping destination.

>>Updated Information as of 3/24/2020 at 12:55pm<<

Yesterday evening, Washington State Governor Jay Inslee announced a mandatory "Stay At Home" Directive effective Wednesday evening March 25th, 2020 through at least April 8th, 2020. This directive closes all non-essential businesses.

Due to our service of the food, restaurant, and beverage industry both in the state of Washington and around the country, we are considered an "essential" service and will remain open while abiding by the precautions outlined above.

To reiterate, our number one priority is the safety, health, and security of our employees and their families. Keeping them safe and healthy will allow us to continue to serve our customers and their clients with gifts that matter in a safe and honorable fashion.

Please contact us if you have any questions or any requests for ways we can best serve you during this time.

My best and thanks,

James Beckman
